Dr. Gerald Phelan is an excellent doctor. He was always there for our family, giving both medical and emotional support. He made house calls when my father, suffering from alzheimer's disease, was no longer able to travel. This is a man who truly cares about his patients. We now live in center city, but will continue to go to Chestnut Hill in order to be treated by a man that takes his job and the welfare of his patients seriously! R. and M. Hartz
