I am 73 and have been looking for a PCP that looks beyond the traditional establishment “here, take this drug and see me in a month” practitioner protocol. There is so much solid published research that challenges what we have been told over the years as being medical gospel. I could tell by the items on my blood test orders that Dr. Garcia was looking into different, but logical solutions to my prevailing health issues. They may still require a pharmaceutical. However, I was amazed at how well he understood and explained how and why my symptoms could simply addressed by lifestyle change and nutrition and how a singular change could address multiple issues at the same time. I feel I am now on the right track with good outcomes ahead. What grabbed me was his confidence that he could HELP me make the differences in my life that I need. He is so easy to talk to and is a focused listener. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the front door. I am looking forward to my next appointment!
