My neurologist suggested Physical Therapy for pinched cervical nerves and cervical arthritis. I set up an appointment for Dr. Dmitry Fuzaylov, who I have seen before for hip issues which he fixed. Physical Therapy was the first option hoping it would help ease the pain. I followed through for several weeks with some pain reduction but, still needed more aggressive management. Injections into the arthritic joints of the vertebrae were next and that reduced pain also for a short term. The next stage will be a deeper dive into the spine to alleviate the pain similar to what I had many years ago for lower back pain and so far that pain is still at bay. Epidurals are a good painkiller for me.
