Dr. Polley is very kind, answered all my questions. However the employee that did our intake, April,, rushed through our intake, wanted yes/no answers & when I would try & speak past that she would look at me like I was challenged. Sometimes it takes more than a word or 2 to explain. She needs to find her ture calling, something outside of working with the public. Short wait, great staff at window & Mrs. Besty has been most excellent at sending the clinical note to our PCM in a speedy manner!
