  • Comprehensive Vascular Care providing a full spectrum of arterial, venous and endovascular therapies. Comprehensive limb salvage treatments including angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy, endarterectomy and bypass surgery. Total care for hemodialysis access, fistula creation and angioplasty. Extensive experience with thoracic and aortic aneurysm repair including endovascular stenting and open surgical repair. Full venous disease options including varicose veins, vein ulcers and central vein occlusions. I offer many percutaneous embolization techniques for pelvic congestion syndrome, intestinal bleeding, renal tumors and uterine fibroids. Board Certified Vascular Surgeon, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Vascular Society.  Dr. Alterman provides a full range of treatments for diseased arteries and veins using the latest minimally invasive techniques including carotid artery and aortic stenting.

    Dr. Alterman resides in Memphis TN with his wife and three children.
