I have had the misfortune to need Dr. Santiago's services twice in the last two years. But I tell ya, I couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. His professionalism and kindness are only outweighed by his skills in the operating room. My first surgery was an emergency, but despite that, he took the time and HAD THE PATIENCE to perform it laparoscopically. I really appreciate Dr. Santiago and his skills. By the way, I've heard from several other doctors and nurses around town that they all absolutely admire Dr. Santiago. One nurse actually told me he waited to have his surgery until Dr. Santiago could perform it!
