I came in to Mercy Hospital as an emergency case, with a ruptured appendix. Ms. Fatchikova told me everything about what needed to be done in both best and worst case scenarios. I appreciate not having to verbally dance around to get a sense of what bad shape I was really in. All went well, but her honesty and compassion made me feel like I was in great hands and that we worked together to make me well. I highly recommend her.
