Dr Reagan is definitely a master of his craft. Not only did he meet, but he exceeded my expectations.. and I’m only 2 days post op. I can already see the transformation. I highly recommend Dr Reagan , he’s the best! He just took 15 years off and it feels amazing! My only regret is I wish I would have had my procedure done sooner. Dr Reagan did an upper eye bleph and fat transfer for tear trough deformity. All under local anesthesia and pain free. He is the best!

A graduate of UCSD Revelle College, Dr. Reagan sought out the finest training in the country. While at Cornell, he conducted award-winning research in the science of healing. Later, while at the prestigious University of Texas at South Western plastic surgery program (considered by many to be the best), Dr. Reagan studied with many world leaders in the aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He is an author on such topics as facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, and breast reconstruction. His peers and public have honored Dr. Reagan as one of the top plastic surgeons in San Diego*.
