Dr. Thuro, MD ,WVU Morgantown. During my tear duct procedure in April 2024, he explained his plan of care with me. I found that his technique relaxed me & before I knew it he had finished BOTH tear ducts! He was patient an ask during procedure if I was okay. I noticed his procedure room was very clean & well lit. I give him a 10 out of 10!
