For me:- Experience and competency- Being thorough- Ability to communicate so I know what she did and what I am supposed to do- Helping me feel at ease.- Taking enough time, but also being efficientDr. Wagenseller excelled at all of these and got additional points for being on time - not always in her control since it is dependent upon patients showing up on time.This was a great experience. I was happy to make an appointment for next year.
