I knew well before the appointment that Dr. Crum has great credentials and many years of experience. At first meeting her, I instantly appreciated that she addressed the patient directly (my wheelchair bound brother) instead me as his caregiver. Dr. Crum did a great job of explaining everything in layman’s terms and I am optimistic that we may have found a physician who can alleviate some of my brother’s physical challenges.
