The TOTAL inefficiency of the front reception staff. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment.I checked in and was told to sit in the waiting room. 40 minutes later I went up and asked what was going on with my appointment? Every person that came in after me had been called. They said they would get a nurse for my EKG. 10 minutes later a nurse came out to get me for my EKG.
