I became a patient unexpectedly in need of a heart procedure late in 2015. Dr. Prentiss was first to assist me as an inpatient in a SVAMC facility. He preformed exceedingly well easily surpassing all my expectations. Together with staff Techs and Nurses I received appropriate tests, care, concern and follow through. And though brevity was evident, Dr. Prentiss never failed to communicate concerns or his anticipated responses with me regularly. He's compassionate & an impressive patient's M.D. !
