I would like to thank Dr O for his knowledge and having my grandson seen at the ear doctor. My grandson had surgery today and hoping for a great recovery. I recently posted a review about Dr. O so don't. Get me wrong. They have always been good on getting me grandkids in right away when they need to see Dr. O and he is a pretty good guy. I do appreciate for what he has done. I'm just over protective with my grandkids and really love & care for them. Thanks again Doctor O.
