He calmed my fears with humor, he was careful as he removed the bandages. The staff worked cohesively as a team. He cared more about teaching us what to do to heal than getting a paid. He used picture charts to show the inside of the injury and taught us the technical names. He prepared us for what steps we will need to take in order to prevent scar tissue.
