At 19 month postpartum, I am finally starting to move normally and without pain again. Dr. Cynthia has been so patient in helping me figure out that all my core muscle groups shut down while I carried my baby girl as she grew. I came to Dr. Cynthia when my baby was almost a year old with debilitating knee pain, and over months Dr. Cynthia has helped me identify the cause (inactive core, which meant my leg muscles were doing most of the work) and has been working me through reactivating my muscles and getting my body working properly again. It's slow work, but she has been my patient guide through it all. Thank you so much!
