Having torn tendons, torn rotator cuff, bone spurs and being older in age I expected therapy to be extremely painful. Especially after speaking to people who had therapy. Although at times it is uncomfortable, Dr Gindi is very mindful and upon entering into therapy session, will ask first, “are you experiencing any pain” then if you are he will change the daily routine to a simpler routine and apply heat, ice, and try to loosen and relax the area of pain. He is a very knowledgeable professional with compassion and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. He is very supportive in all areas of your situation and is determined to take you back to a normal daily life. Also his employees are extremely supportive and friendly. Cameron helps you to do the exercises and motions correctly and like Chad is very compassionate and professional. All in all from the time you enter the door, the Office Assistants, the Therapist and the tools are excellent.
