Blake Thedinga’s therapy was a life changer for me. I have seen multiple physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists over the last 20 years for ongoing pain throughout my body. During my first visit, Blake diagnosed me with two anatomical abnormalities that were the root cause of the pain I have been living with. Within a couple of weeks, my daily pain levels plummeted. Where other PTs I have seen left me to do exercises on a machine or with an assistant, he stayed with me the whole time, ensuring I was doing my exercises correctly and had a complete grasp of how to adapt movements for MY body. And since he most of the exercises he gave me didn’t require props or equipment, I am able to do them whenever, wherever. Blake empowered me with the knowledge and skill to take charge of my own health like no other provider I have seen. For the first time in years, I am motivated to work toward goals I didn’t think were possible.
