I found Dr. Ann when I was looking for a Physical Therapist after my C-Section. Dr. Ann has the most wonderfully kind, lovely, and attentive bedside manner. My first appointment with her consisted of a thorough evaluation of my whole body mechanics, posture, current physical state, and overall well being. She asks your reasons for coming, normal exercise routines, and goals for your visit. She is a knowledgeable and trusted expert who truly cares about her patients. She makes you feel comfortable with her soothing voice and you feel as though you are in capable, talented, and most importantly gentle hands. Her massages are magical and alleviated my lower back pain. She instructed me on proper techniques to massage my C-Section scar and she introduced me to cupping in order to prevent adhesions. Dr. Ann will support you in your healing journey showing you exercises to help you regain your mobility and strength. I would recommend her to everyone.
