So Ms. Yolanda is an exceptional Home Health Provider! I found her via word of mouth, and the moment we met her, she was knowledgeable, helpful, and did way more than what I would expect a CNA to do. She works hard and ensures safety measures at all times. She was polite, and primarily focuses on motivating your loved ones without making them feel bad about themselves. And that is what I needed in my home. The only con is after ending the services, you loose the opportunity of keeping great people like her around. Sometimes, the emailing system can be delayed at times. But overall, very good service. :)
