I’ve seen Yamily Moreno at Dr. Basra-Mic’s office regularly for years and she is the definition of what a patient advocate looks like - she listens fully and responds compassionately, effectively. When major life events have happened she’s been extremely adept in responding. With a start in nursing, it’s no surprise she offers a compassionate, whole approach. She’s made every medication switch, the trial-and-error, and everything as smooth as possible. Yamily has also always really encouraged continued therapy alongside medication, which I think is incredibly important.
