I’ve only done visits online due to COVID, but this man is EXCELLENT! If you need help with mental illness and you already know you have trauma of any kind mixed in there from one event to a lifetime of abuse. Somewhere in between? Self esteem issues? Issues with identity? He’s truly well versed in different methods of therapy. He tailors treatment plans according to how you best respond. He has a great sense of humor. You can tell he speaks from experience. He beats me to my own negative thoughts. I have seen him six week or so now every week. I have yet to have a single complaint. After a decade of different therapies and medications, I have finally found the type of therapy (trauma based) and the experienced, educated therapist to implement it. I’m seeing results for the first time. My husband and family have even noticed, but I’m not actively “trying.” It’s just finally working. The personalization of the therapy he does is a large part of the success. Can’t recommend him enough!
