I have been under William Bacon's care for at least seven years. He listens carefully and knows what to prescribe or recommend and when to refer me to a specialist. He is kind and caring and really gets to know his patients. He is also very intelligent and keeps abreast of medical news and advances. His assistant Diane is wonderful too and can convey important information. There have times when the wait is fairly long, and it can be somewhat difficult to call the practice and reach someone.
