Vivian Haynes has helped me through some very difficult times with her knowledge, compassion and insight. She is a gentle and wise soul with wonderful listening skills and positive real tools to assist with learning to live with mental health. Her understanding and communication of mindfulness has allowed me to better understand and live my life in a meaningful way. After years of misdiagnosis she understood the signs and symptoms and referred me to a psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment.
