You must schedule far in advance because literally everyone wants to see her for help. The Men's Health Center sees patients one on one. Hands down she is the best physical therapist I've ever seen, and perhaps one of the best in the country. Vilma uses a combination of trained massage or muscle manipulation, and assigns specific stretches and exercises for her patients. She does not hand out lengthy lists that are impossible to maintain. In a word she is the best!
