Valerie is an awesome human being. She has an incredibly balanced way of approaching therapy, knowing when to be light-hearted and humorous and when to take a more serious approach. We talk about everything, from day-to-day life to deep existential questions. She makes it fun to be engaged in the therapeutic process, and I have improved greatly since I began working with her.
