I went to therapy for I believe, two and a half years. He was the first one I saw and it just felt right, it was perfect. I felt comfortable, I was openly honest about everything. He offered so many ways of help. Suffering from many mental diagnoses. PTSD/Depression/Anxiety and worse issues. He was patient, I felt connected with him, he made me smile every time I was to visit. There really isn't any words that can explain the experiences I had with him, the knowledge, confidence and everything positive expected to come from therapy, he nailed it. Its changed my life, I feel more at peace with myself and aware of life. I am more aware of how I feel, my surroundings and the perspectives of other people. I could write a book about how amazing Troy is and how he managed to change my life, but then again, remembering what he told me.. It wasn't him. It was me that changed my life and made the difference. I made the effort and he couldn't be more glad. Thank you so much, Troy. For everything
