Years ago, when Dr Stauber was first taking over the practice for Dr Flora, I had the opportunity to see him for my neck, which had been so tight for years that I had very limited range of motion. It took several months of treatments (as you'd guess for a chronic issue), but using ART he was able to release the muscles and my neck returned to full range of motion (which remains to this day). They also helped me realize that it was my heavy cross-body purse that had irritated and caused the muscles to tighten and shorten over the years.
