She's helped me navigate domestic violence, loss of a spouse, and being a full time care taker for a loved one with dementia. Her willingness to listen and offer advice or different ways to look at situations has helped me overcome so much. I've been seeing her for almost 7 years, and she has been a key element in transforming myself. I'm happier now than I ever have been, and I credit Tina for a big part of that. Therapy takes time. You need to connect with and trust your therapist...and I do with Tina. Even if I'm feeling great, I keep my monthly appointments so that I stay on track. Tina is wonderful!!!! Highly recommend!
