I WAS GREETED AND TREATED WITH RESPECT. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY. SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGIBLE ON THE OPERATION OF THE COCHLEAR IMPLANT. TESTED AND FOUND MY PROGRESS IS LESS THAN AVERAGE AT THIS POINT FOR COMPREHENSION AND CHANGED SOME SETTING AND OPERATIONAL FEATURES. MADE RECOMMENDATIONS TO DO THAT MIGHT HELP. ASKED ME TO COME BACK SOONER THAN RECOMMENDED TO SEE IF I AM PROGRESSING. ALSO TOLD BE WHERE MY OLD DR HAD MOVED TO, WHICH THE OFFICE IN KENNEWICK WOULD NOT DO. GAVE ME THE CHOICE TO GO BACK TO THEM OR CONTINUE WITH HIM. I WILL BE STAYING WITH HIM AND RELYING ON HIM FOR RESULTS
