Dr. Thuy Boardman and I worked together in individual psychotherapy. She facilitated my work through a 12 week, once a week, 90-minute session whose purpose was to make my PTSD-MST more manageable. I've seen many, MANY mental health professionals over many, MANY years, and Dr. Boardman has helped me with managing the symptoms of PTSD-MST more than any of them. She did an EXCELLENT job in facilitating my work in prolonged exposure therapy. She continued to support follow-up work with me.
