Tom is a great guy and has helped my daughter and I recover from nagging injuries that come with long distance running. If you have never tried ART you should. At 43 years old those aches and pains come out of nowhere when you are active. Dr. Tom knows which buttons (or should I say muscles) to push in order to get things back in order. I'm not going to lie and tell you it is an enjoyable experience when he is manipulating your muscles around but the end result is well worth it!
