My grandmother visits me every year for several months over the winter. Mr. Santa saw her on her first visit to me over 5 years ago. She has a primary care in her home state and needs someone to see temporarily while visiting and she will only see him when she is here. He is very kind and thorough with her and is never impatient or dismissive. He noticed a change in her mental status after not seeing her for a year and gave her a referral to see a specialist. His concern led to her being diagnosed with Cerebral SVD (cognitive impairment) because they could see the change on a CT scan. Mr. Santa is a military veteran and we wish to publicly thank him for his service as well as thanking him for all he has done for our family.
