Taylor is very knowledgeable about psych meds and tapering medication when needed in a very humane, slow way tailored to her patient. She is also kind and compassionate. I had trouble with their portal and getting messages through to get prescriptions filled and taylor has gone above and beyond coming up with solutions to make sure I get what I need.
