From the first session I ever had with Tasnim, she has been helpful. Her approach to therapy is both personable and genuine, while maintaining a no-nonsense feeling. Every single time I schedule a call, I come away with something I feel has helped and equipped me to deal with my current life and struggles. She's an incredible listener, and will take and digest my thoughts quickly. I always feel she's able to see so clearly through the things in my life that cloud up my own decision-making or judgement, and present these topics to me from an unbiased and thoughtful standpoint, allowing me to take a step back and aid me in seeing the bigger picture. She remembers where we left off and is able to reference past topics as we move through time and things may pop back up again. I never feel my time is being wasted, and her flexibility with my scheduling has also been a godsend. I would absolutely recommend her caring and professional approach to therapy, and am so grateful to have found her.
