Although I was in an office I’d never visited, I was treated welcomed and guided through the requisite registration. I was seen by nurse for vitals and then by Ms. Ostin. Professionalism…. Compassion…. Appropriate “bedside” manner. She ran the appropriate tests and even was able to draw blood. (Sorry, I'm a bad blood draw) She explained the situation. Gave me the appropriate follow-up with my primary care physician and a referral to a specialist. Five stars? Only five available….
