I have been a patient of Dr. Linkroum's for almost two years, seeing her weekly. I came in with severe anxiety to the point of panic attacks. She guided me through cognitive behavioral therapy and helped me with strategies to manage my anxiety. Through her support I not only made it past those crippling panic attacks, but also to the point of taking on more challenges of things that make me very anxious, like highway driving. She continues to support me through family dynamic challenges and everyday stress. She is nurturing and challenges me when I need it, providing constructive strategies. She remembers things between sessions. She is kind and authentic, making it feel like I'm talking to a friend, while motivating me to keep working on myself. I'm so grateful o her and very much recommend!
