Are you an Athlete? Powerlifter? Or are you dealing with chronic pain or injuries? After meeting with Dr. Shah 16 times, I managed to squat an all time best of 382.5 pounds for a set of 10 solid reps weighing in at 183 pounds. Before Dr. Shah, walking up the stairs was painful. Dr. Shah is an athlete's dream when it comes to injury prevention and rehabilitation. For everyone else, Dr. Shah is a master at pinpointing root causes as to why you're experiencing pain and how to overcome those issues through his practical application of his extensive knowledge of the body. Dr. Shah incorporates not only chiropractic work but Graston technique and Active Release therapy (ART). Combine all 3 and this is a dream come true for anyone who wants to relieve chronic pain, injury, or assist with their athletic performance. If you're an athlete or anyone dealing with pain involved with the muscular system, you won't be disappointed with Dr. Shah.
