Dr. Sand is kind, patient, respectful, and she listens and recalls my personal history very well. She recognizes my patterns of behavior and helps me with strategies to manage forces that impact my life. She is thoughtful, calm and has been great helping me to get clear on priorities and how to improve managing my concerns, time and busy life. I am grateful for her support and expertise.
