We have nothing but great reviews on Dr Penman. My husband went to him the first time the beginning on 2023. He was treated like a patient should be. His concerns, advice, friendly attributes were what my husband needed. So I switched over to him this month and Dr. Penman gave me the same kind of visit. What a kind and knowledgeable man he is.
