I have been a patient of Dr. Carter's for several months now. I have to say this man is amazing. I've never once felt rushed while speaking to him and he is always on time for our appointments. It's easy to see he genuinely cares about his patients. He's a great listener and provides very insightful feedback. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a provider. You won't be disappointed!
