On a Friday June 14........I reached out to VA and was connected (via Nicole- Nurse hotline she also very comforting to me as I was looking for immediate options for my Dad)I was connected with Stephanie concerning my Dad-Vet who was having Behavior Dementia issues. Stephanie jumped into our urgent needs immediately that Friday. Today my Dad was discharged from local hospital......who also we commend. .........June 24 back to his residence a local personal care facility. Stephanie is a very professional and compassionate counselor.....and was there for our Dad and his family........in our dark moment. Thank you Stephanie so much!
