She helped my friend through a difficult surgery and failing result because of a rare bone disease that prevented the cochlear implant from working. She handled the whole process so well and cared as much as we did that the implant did not work. She helped my friend to adjust to and accept deafness. She was so kind and caring as well as the best audiologist.
