I did 2 RRT sessions with Dr. Hellman and I’m overcome with HAPPY emotions as I’m finally feeling like myself for the first time in years. I feel so much lighter after being able to untangle past trauma that was weighing me down and causing debilitating anxiety and fear. These sessions have changed my life and I will be forever thankful for Dr. Hellman’s soft and warm approach as she works her magic to rewire your mind to be a peaceful place to live in.
