During an uncomfortable Flexible Laryngoscopy procedure Dr. Hill was gentle & reassuring with his encouraging comments. He kindly delivered his diagnosis with genuine compassion as well as sharing with me where he got his training and his vast experience doing that procedure and so much more. I trusted his diagnosis of Abnormal and was glad that he wrote down a summary of the visit which suggested a Direct Laryngoscopy at the Surgery Center. The visit wasn't rushed & he answered my questions.
