the sweetest therapist ever! I have never met Dr. Shenasi in person, as all of the sessions were held on Zoom during the pandemic. She genuinely helped me and definitely is a nice caring human being that is willing to aid her patients for better mental health. She is also very intelligent and worked on some of the past traumas that I personally never knew I had them. I stopped seeing her as she informed me she is not working with my insurance anymore way in advance. However, she offered me a discounted price if I want to continue my therapy, which is so nice of her, and shows that she's not doing her job just for money. I felt like I am doing better, and I stopped the therapy. If I ever want to restart the therapy, she is definitely my first choice. Another amazing thing about Dr. Shenasi is that she never leaves you with just her suggestions. After the session is over, she sends you different blogs, online sources, and books to help you keep improving yourself. I see it as she teaches you how to fish, and not just giving you a fish to eat. Thank you so much Dr Shenasi! You are a true gem in the mental health field.
