Sheri has been very helpful with getting me to a place where I can finally feel as though I have some control of my emotions. It's amazing how much my thoughts were influencing my feelings and the clarity I've gotten through sessions with Sheri has been priceless. I can now detach from negative thinking in ways I couldn't before. I am starting to believe in myself.
