I started sessions with Sheila in January at which time I was suffering from extreme middle and lower backpain. I had major surgery 18 years ago which was successful, but I didn't want to go thru it again. Sheila's treatments have given me wonderful relief to the pain. It was slow at first, but the repetitive nature (usually twice a week) of the sessions with her have given me a new lease on life. I am a life long athlete and couldn't do much for about 8 months. I have started playing golf again and will soon try tennis again, Thank you Sheila !! Stephen
