Sheila Flavin is the absolute best in the business. I have worked with her for three years because of a decades long history with disordered eating. She was instrumental in changing my attitude about food, decreasing my fears about food and showing me evidence that by following a prescribed set of guidelines, that I would not gain tons of weight (I used to weigh twice what I do now). I am truly, truly blessed to work with her and I highly recommend her.
