I greatly appreciated the time Shawn spent with me and would highly recommend her to anyone. As I walked through ways to best support other family members, she helped me to understand that there is room for accountability in compassion, and the two are not mutually exclusive. It was very convenient to be able to text her to set appointments or relay other information.
